Our website will calculate your delivery cost based on the total order weight. Simply log in and add your items to your basket and then proceed to checkout.

Once you have placed your order we will email you a confirmation and then send you another email when your order has been shipped. FedEx will also send you an email with your tracking number.

For orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Delivery is usually 5-6 Working Days

Please note invoices do not include local import duties & taxes. If these charges are not paid upon delivery then the order will automatically returned to us. We reserve the right to apply a dispatch & returns shipping charge & restocking fee of up to 25% of the goods value against the purchase amount

UK Mainland Delivery

We aim to deliver the next working day on all orders placed before 1 pm on Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

MIA FASHIONS aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Occasionally you may order something which is not immediately available. On these occasions you will receive confirmation of your order and we will contact you to advise if anything is not in stock, with an expected delivery date. Deliveries made within mainland UK are sent via DPD. For security reasons a signature will be required upon delivery.

Non UK Mainland Delivery

Once you have placed your order we will email you a confirmation and then send you another email when your order has been shipped. FedEx will also send you an email with your tracking number.

International orders are generally delivered within 5 to 10 days when all goods are in stock, but may be subject to unforeseeable delays in customs. Please note that you will be responsible for any import duties in your own country. We do, however, exclude UK taxes from all non UK and EU purchases. You are also responsible for ensuring your purchases adhere to any import laws within your own country.

EORI Number

Customers established in the customs territory of the Union should request the assignment of the EORI number to the customs authorities of the EU country in which they are established. EORI number is free and easy to apply for online.

VAT

20% Vat is only charged to UK customers and EU customers who do not have a valid VAT number. Customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods. EU customers with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT, please supply us with this when you place your order.

VAT & DUTY ESTIMATES

Due to Brexit changes, all EU customers will now have to pay VAT on all products coming in from the UK. Please refer to the chart opposite for some insight into these fees which will be calculated from the value of your product. Please note these are based on government guidelines but could be subject to change.

If the value of your order is over £135 duty charges of 5 - 12% may also be charged on top of the VAT fee.

Please note these charges are issued by your local government and as a brand we have no control over this amount. If you have any questions on the breakdown of your charges we recommend you contact your local customs department directly or you can contact the courier DPD/FedEx.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

*If you return a product you should be entitled to a VAT & Duty refund if you contact your local customs office with proof of return.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unworn, unwashed, unused and are returned with original tags. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or underwear, and we do not accept returns on sale items.

Please fill out the Returns Form included with your order. Then send the items back to us, along with your returns form. For your security, we recommend using an insured courier, this way you are protected in the rare occasion something goes wrong.

Refunds will be issued minus the cost of shipping and it may take up to 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to our rapidly fluctuating stock levels, we do not offer exchanges at this moment in time. Please return the item, and re order.
